Supporting You One Step At A Time
When anxiety starts to affect the things you enjoy, the choices you make or the life you want to live, it can feel as though you are going round in circles.
You may find yourself worrying constantly, avoiding situations, feeling overwhelmed, lacking confidence or wondering how you will ever feel like yourself again.
You Beyond Anxiety offers personalised Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy online, helping adults understand the patterns that keep anxiety going and develop new ways of thinking, feeling and responding.
Whether you’re struggling with general anxiety, menopause anxiety, driving anxiety, fears and phobias, persistent pain or tinnitus, you’re not alone - and things can change.

General ANXIETY
YOU DON’T HAVE TO LET ANXIETY HOLD YOU BACK
Anxiety can show up in many different ways.
It might be the worry that won’t switch off, the panic that seems to come from nowhere, the fear of driving, the feeling that you’re constantly on edge, or the gradual avoidance of things that once felt easy.
Perhaps you’ve started changing your behaviour to manage your anxiety - avoiding certain situations, seeking reassurance, overthinking decisions or putting things off.
While these strategies can feel helpful in the short term, they can sometimes keep the cycle of anxiety going.
The good news is that these patterns can be understood and changed.
At You Beyond Anxiety, therapy focuses on helping you understand what is happening and giving you practical tools to make meaningful changes at your own pace.
MEET YOU THERAPIST:
I’m a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist, supporting adults who want to understand and overcome anxiety and the ways it can affect their lives.
I particularly enjoy helping people who feel that anxiety has started to restrict their choices, confidence or independence - including people experiencing driving anxiety and anxiety associated with persistent pain.
My approach is practical, collaborative and compassionate. I won’t simply tell you to “stop worrying” or “think positively”.
Instead, we’ll work together to understand your individual patterns and develop strategies that you can use both during therapy and in everyday life.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU START THERAPY?
1. Your initial session
We’ll spend time understanding what has brought you to therapy, how it is affecting you and what you’d like to change.
Your first session lasts approximately 60–90 minutes, giving us time for a thorough assessment and introduction to the therapy process.
2. A personalised approach
Your therapy is tailored around you, your goals and the patterns that are keeping your difficulties going.
We’ll agree on an approach that feels appropriate and manageable.
3. Learning new ways to respond
You’ll develop practical strategies to help you respond differently to unhelpful thoughts, feelings and behaviours.
The aim isn’t simply to feel better during your sessions - it’s to help you build skills that you can continue using in everyday life.
COULD YOU BE READY TO MOVE BEYOND ANXIETY?
You don’t have to wait until anxiety becomes unbearable before asking for help.
If anxiety, fear or persistent symptoms are affecting your confidence, relationships, work, driving or everyday life, taking that first step could be the beginning of something different.
You Beyond Anxiety is here to support you one step at a time.
